Lisa Perz MSN, RN, PMP is President and Lead Consultant at RISE Device Consulting.  With over 15 years of hands on experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical and biologics industries, Lisa has assisted her clients with quality management support in the areas of FDA remediation, Quality Engineering, Internal/Supplier Audits, Procedure Writing, Improvement Programs, and complete implementation of Quality Management Systems.

Lisa began her career as a Registered Nurse giving direct bedside patient care.  This has allowed her to gain the unique perspective from the patient and caregiver side. Following her years as a Nurse, Lisa went on to hold various positions within numerous industries including Director of Quality Systems, Director of Post-Market Surveillance, Global Product Surveillance Manager and Director of Medical Writing and Quality.

In addition to her professional degrees, Lisa is an ISO 13485:2016 certified Lead Auditor and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

I started RISE Device Consulting after many years of living through the struggles of hiring consultants whose advice was great on paper but unrealistic when it came to real life implementation.
